Verification To maintain the integrity and safety of the Organization and its members, the Organization reserves the right to verify any information provided by users or members.
• Consent to Testing: By engaging with the Organization, you provide irrevocable consent to undergo a polygraph examination (lie detector test) or any other truth-verification technology at the sole discretion of the Organization.
• Admissibility: You agree that the results of such tests may be used for any purpose the Organization deems fit, including but not limited to internal investigations, membership termination, or as evidence in a court of law.
• Admission of Guilt: You acknowledge and agree that a refusal to undergo such testing when requested shall be deemed a voluntary Admission of Guilt regarding the matter in question and may result in immediate expulsion and legal pursuit where applicable.
Absolute Waiver of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Elite Male, its founders, officers, employees, and members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Use of the website or digital platforms.
• Participation in physical events or gatherings.
• Interactions between members, whether sanctioned by the Organization or not.
• Any physical, emotional, or financial injury sustained while participating in Organization activities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Elite Male from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees), or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
Code of Conduct and “At-Will” Membership
The Organization maintains a strict standard of excellence. Membership is a privilege, not a right.
• We reserve the right to terminate any individual’s access to the website or membership at any time, for any reason, without notice or refund.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. The Organization is not a party to any private agreements or disputes between members.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, and proprietary “Elite Male” methodologies are the exclusive property of the Organization. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organization is headquartered. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that region.
