THE ELITE MALE: CODE OF CONDUCT & TERMS OF INTERACTION and Membership Agreement Purpose-The Elite Male exists to promote the development, protection, education, fellowship, and advancement of men, their families, and their communities. The organization serves single and married men through events, travel, educational opportunities, networking, mentorship, and fellowship activities. Members and participants are expected to conduct themselves with the character, discipline, integrity, and professionalism associated with respected professions such as lawyers, soldiers, doctors, business leaders, and other trusted community members. Applicability This Code of Conduct applies to: (a) All members of The Elite Male. All applicants for membership. (b)All guests attending events or activities. (c) Any individual who views, accesses, interacts with, participates in, communicates with, or engages with The Elite Male website, social media platforms, publications, events, programs, representatives, associates, sponsors, volunteers, officers, or affiliated activities.(d)Any person whose actions affect The Elite Male, its members, families, associates, operations, reputation, or community. Core Standards of Conduct: All person’s covered by this Code shall: 1. Conduct themselves honestly and with integrity. 2. Treat members, families, guests, associates, and the public with respect. 3. Avoid harassment, intimidation, threats, discrimination, bullying, or abusive conduct. 4. Refrain from conduct that could damage the reputation, safety, mission, or interests of The Elite Male. 5.Respect the privacy, property, and personal boundaries of others.
6. Comply with applicable laws while participating in any Elite Male activity. 7. Demonstrate personal responsibility, accountability, discipline, and professionalism. 8. Support an environment that promotes brotherhood, trust, leadership, and family values. Truthfulness and Investigations: The Elite Male places a high value on honesty and truthfulness. To maintain the security and integrity of our community, absolute truthfulness is required. In connection with any investigation, dispute, complaint, disciplinary matter, safety concern, membership review, or issue affecting The Elite Male, its members, associates, or families, any person covered by this Code may be requested by The Elite Male or its authorized representative to participate in truth-verification procedures, including lie detector examinations or similar investigative methods to the extent permitted by applicable law. To maintain the security and integrity of our community, absolute truthfulness is required. Mandatory Cooperation: Anyone who views, interacts with, or connects to The Elite Male website, brand, or associates agrees to undergo any and all types of truth-verification or lie detector tests deemed necessary by leadership or our designated representatives. Refusal of Testing: By interacting with or participating in The Elite Male, individuals acknowledge that refusal to cooperate with a requested investigation or truth-verification procedure may be considered by The Elite Male when evaluating credibility, membership status, privileges, participation rights, or disciplinary outcomes. A refusal or failure to participate in a requested verification test will be interpreted by organization leadership as an automatic admission of guilt regarding the matter or matters in question. Protection of Members and Families. The safety and well-being of members and their families is a primary objective of The Elite Male. Conduct that threatens, endangers, harasses, exploits, deceives, or otherwise harms members, families, guests, associates, or the organization may result in disciplinary action, suspension, removal, reporting to appropriate authorities, or other actions deemed necessary to protect the organization and its community. Confidentiality-Members and participants shall protect confidential information obtained through membership, events, meetings, communications, and organizational activities. Confidential information shall not be disclosed without authorization unless required by law. Conduct at Events and Travel Activities: Members and guests participating in events, travel, meetings, retreats, training programs, or social functions shall: Follow all instructions issued by organizers and representatives. •Act respectfully toward venues, hosts, vendors, and local communities. Avoid disruptive, dangerous, reckless, or unlawful behavior. Must Conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on The Elite Male. Enforcement: Violations of this Code may result in one or more of the following actions: Verbal or written warning. • Temporary suspension. • Restriction of privileges. • Removal from events or activities. • Permanent termination of membership. Prohibition from future participation. • Referral to law enforcement or legal authorities where appropriate. • Any additional corrective action deemed necessary by The Elite Male, subject to applicable law. Membership Consequences Members who violate this Code may have their membership suspended or permanently revoked. Upon termination for cause, membership fees, dues, donations, event payments, or other funds previously paid may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any governing membership policies. Costs and Damages Individuals whose actions cause damage, loss, expense, liability, disruption, reputational harm, or legal action involving The Elite Male may be held responsible for reasonable costs, damages, expenses, and legal fees to the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable agreements. Reservation of Rights-The Elite Male reserves the right to interpret, apply, modify, enforce, and update this Code of Conduct as necessary to protect its mission, members, families, associates, operations, and community, subject to applicable law. By viewing this website, participating in our spaces, or joining the membership or applying for membership, maintaining membership, attending events, accessing organizational resources, visiting the website, interacting with representatives, or otherwise engaging with The Elite Male, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct and any related policies, rules, procedures, and membership requirements
